Picture references for the art are not required but very preferred. Go into as much detail as you can with things such as expression, pose, outfit, etc.

I have a right decline the commission if I am made uncomfortable or TOS is violated.

I can do payment through Kofi, Paypal, or Cash App. You will have to pay first before I begin work.

There are no refunds unless the reason is valid. An example of a not valid refund is if you found another artist you liked better and I was already half way through the art.

Commissions should be done in a month however that can vary depending on schedule and life events. Especially if the piece is more complicated.

I have the right to post the commission online, specifically stating it as a commission, for my social media unless stated by the commissioner I cannot.

You are allowed to use your commission for personal use such as posting it, using it as a pfp or banner, etc. Just make sure to credit me.

You cannot use the commission for commercial uses. Profiting off the commission is prohibited unless discussed beforehand.

If you want to use the commission for commerical reasons we have to discuss that through DMs.

You cannot use the commission for AI or NFTs.
